We come together for a variety of guided meditations. Breathe, relax your mind, and reset your energy with one of our meditation practitioners. We also host crystal bowl meditations and sound baths.

Qi Gong is a form of inner martial arts developed by the Chinese over 4,000 thousand years ago that aligns breath, movement and awareness. Qi Gong is the art of effortless power.
